Livro elucidado, trabalha questões complexas de saúde mental como depressão, ansiedade, TDAH, pânico, desmistificando pelas passagens bíblicas, mostra a importância de buscar por ajuda e demonstra aos cristãos o quanto Jesus e seus apóstolos aceitavam e reconheciam essa ajuda vinda de pessoas capacitadas usadas por ele. O autor escancara o quanto alguns líderes de igreja fazem uso incorreto da palavra e prejudica aos fiéis, pois há distorções graves, da palavra ensinada por o que de faro está escrito na bíblia e o autor mostra isso!

Super recomendo a leitura, além de possuir atividades para realizar, devocional, o livro ajuda a compreender corretamente a palavra.
